Two of the most decorated women's basketball players of all time, Sue Bird and Sylvia Fowles, will be inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2025.

Bird, a 4-time Olympic gold medalist and 5-time WNBA champion, is widely considered one of the greatest point guards in the history of the game. Fowles, a 2-time Olympic gold medalist and 4-time WNBA champion, is one of the most dominant centers in WNBA history.

Both players have had incredible careers, and their induction into the Hall of Fame is a fitting tribute to their accomplishments.

Bird, 42, was drafted by the Seattle Storm in 2002 and has spent her entire career with the team. She has led the Storm to four WNBA championships (2004, 2010, 2018, and 2020) and has been named the WNBA Finals MVP twice (2010 and 2018). Bird has also been named the WNBA MVP twice (2004 and 2011) and has been selected to the All-WNBA First Team nine times.

Internationally, Bird has helped the United States win four Olympic gold medals (2004, 2008, 2012, and 2016) and two FIBA World Cups (2006 and 2010). She is the only player in history to win an NCAA championship, a WNBA championship, and an Olympic gold medal.

Fowles, 37, was drafted by the Chicago Sky in 2008 and has also spent her entire career with one team. She has led the Sky to two WNBA championships (2013 and 2015) and has been named the WNBA Finals MVP twice (2013 and 2015). Fowles has also been named the WNBA MVP three times (2015, 2017, and 2018) and has been selected to the All-WNBA First Team eight times.
