Simone Fontecchio (toe) listed doubtful Friday

Utah Jazz forward Simone Fontecchio is doubtful to play Friday against the Los Angeles Lakers due to a sore right toe.

Fontecchio suffered the injury during the Jazz's 126-123 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday. He finished the game with six points, four rebounds, and three assists in 22 minutes.

The Jazz are already without Lauri Markkanen (ankle) and Colin Sexton (hamstring), so Fontecchio's absence would be a big blow.

Fontecchio has been a key contributor for the Jazz this season, averaging 8.4 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game.

The Jazz are currently 29-31 and in 10th place in the Western Conference.
