Pakistan beat Australia by 7 wickets

Mitchell Swepson finished with 3-33 as Australia were restricted to 134-9 from their 20 overs in Cairns.

Opener Ben McDermott top-scored with 29 from 20 balls, but only Josh Inglis (24) and Matthew Wade (22) also made it into double figures as Australia's batters struggled for fluency on a slow pitch. Pakistan's Mohammad Nawaz (2-23) and Shaheen Shah Afridi (2-27) were among the wickets.

The win levels the three-match series at 1-1 heading into the final match in Perth on Friday.

Australia won the first T20 in Canberra by 45 runs, but Pakistan hit back with this impressive victory in Cairns. The final match of the series will be played at Perth Stadium on Friday.
